Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over for new hotel bookings only. This offer is not available to employees of TLC Marketing UK Ltd or agencies appointed by TLC or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
  2. There is no cash or other alternative to this offer. 
  3. The customer will qualify for their one-night UK hotel break free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.
  4. Any extra nights accommodation will be charged at the agreed rate on a room only basis.
  5. The free one night stay can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels. Hotels available during the promotion may be subject to change.
  6. Reservation requests can only be made within 14 and 45 days in advance of the first night’s stay. Anyone taking part in this offer does so on complete acceptance of these Terms and conditions.
  7. Bookings can only be made via this website via completion of the online booking form. Customers who don’t have web access can call the Customer Service team on 0871 221 0511. Any booking made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
  8. Cost of travel to the hotel and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the “one night free hotel voucher” is excluded from the offer and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the offer. Terms and conditions of each individual hotel will apply.
  9. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per household, per venue and per booking. Separate bookings, which are deemed to be part of the same party may not utilise more than one voucher on any additional nights.  The voucher is non-transferable. 
  10. All stays are subject to the hotel’s promotional availability for the offer and will be on a room only basis, with the exception of Village Urban Resorts who offer availability on a bed and breakfast basis.  Hotel availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  11. The online booking form will require 3 hotel choices and up to 3 date choices. The Booking Team will check availability in choice order.  For example, your 1st chosen hotel will be classed as your preferred hotel.
  12. The Booking Team endeavour to book the hotel stay between 14 and 28 days in advance of the date of stay. In the instance of customers only providing 14 days notice for their date of stay, the hotel stay will be booked within 7 and 14 days in advance. The Booking Team will always contact the customer ahead of confirming a booking.
  13. If for any reason the customer no longer requires the same hotel and/or date following the submission of their online booking form, the customer will be offered one opportunity to change their choice ahead of the booking agent confirming the booking. No more than one change can be made without invalidating the hotel stay. No amends can be made once the hotel stay has been booked.
  14. The offer is based on a maximum of two people sharing a twin or double room.
  15. This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
  16. A charge will apply for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake view/four poster beds) or any such supplements.
  17. Information presented on this website, including prices for any extra nights and room upgrades, is valid at the time of publication and may be subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
  18. This offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering or cancelling a stay after a booking is made and confirmed to them.
  19. Cancellations: If booking more than one night’s accommodation, 100% of any additional nights will be charged. The costs for room upgrades and meals for the length of the stay will not be refunded. With immediate effect of any cancellations, the voucher will therefore become void.
  20. The Promoter and any associated partner shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels and accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant of the promotion.
  21. The unique code stated on each hotel voucher may only be used once. Please check the voucher for the validity date by which the unique qualification code must be used to make a booking.
  22. Participating hotels are all contracted to participate in the TLC hotel  offer. The Promoter or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer. The list of participating hotels featured on this website remains subject to change. Customers should check the promotional website regularly for the most up-to-date list of participating hotels.
  23. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  24. Insofar as permitted by law, neither TLC, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability any personal loss or injury occurring at the hotel, neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the hotels and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
  25. TLC reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
  26. TLC reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.
  27. Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc shall also be bound by these Terms and conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
